classes & registration

Enrollment information

• If you  were enrolled in a class last school year (2023-24), you received an email from us back in May with your dancer’s 2023-24 class level recommendations. Please find that and refer to it, before you register  your dancer.
• Once you register for a class, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email and then a more detailed welcome email, with lots more info, at least a week  before you start class.
• Our 2024-25 classes run like a school year. Classes start on Monday, September 16, 2024 and run through the middle of June 2025. The majority of our dancers  commit to the full year, but this is not mandatory.
• You're able to drop a class any time before January 20, 2025, without a cancellation fee, as long as you give RDC 30 days written email notice and have not already committed to the June costume and recital.

Ages/levels

• Our classes for ages 3-6 are open for anyone, they are based on age.
• Our level 1 classes are open for any beginning dancer, age 7 or 8 and up, with little or no dance experience.
• Our level 2-5 classes are open for dancers based on their previous dance experience. If you aren’t sure what level your dancer should register for, it’s best to either register them for a level 1 class where we can access and place them, or reach out to us via email and give us more information and we can make a recommendation.

HOW TO REGISTER for classes:

• Create an account or log in to your existing account HERE.
• Click on ‘Enroll in a class’.
• Click on a class to  add it to your schedule and click the ‘Yes’ button to confirm.
• You can then checkout or go back to add another class, add a different student to a class, or drop them from the class.

Students shift around quite a bit in the first month of enrollment, and we may add classes based on demand. 

If a class you want to register for is full, please register for the waitlist! Students move around a lot in the few weeks before and after classes start and registering for a waitlist will ensure that we contact you if/when a spot in the class you want becomes available! 

1. You can register for a class that does have room (so you have a guaranteed spot) and sign up for waitlists at the same time, if your preferred class is full. If a spot becomes available in your preferred class, we’ll reach out and we can move you over.

We may also add new classes based on demand, so if you’re on a waitlist, you will be the first to be contacted about any new class.

 Classes are subject to change, based on enrollment.  You class may be cancelled if there aren't enough dancers enrolled.

Even if you don't have an amount due on your account, please complete the checkout process. If  you don't check out,  the system will automatically drop you from the class within 48 hours and your spot will NOT be held. 

 There is a non-refundable $15-$20 registration fee for 2024-25 classes, charged at the time of registration, when you checkout. This holds your spot in the class and covers administrative costs throughout the session.

Total cost PER MONTH for 2024-25 classes:

• One class a week: $65                                                               
• Two classes a week: $110                                                              
• Three classes a week: $145                                                              
• Four classes a week: $175                                                                
• Five classes a week: $200                                                  
•  Six classes a week: $220                                                  
• Seven classes a week: $235                                             
• Eight or more classes a week: $250          

Siblings/family members registered under the same account will automatically get the discount above on more than one class per week!                                                                                                            

  We have two performances dancers work toward throughout the year, one more casual winter showcase performance in December and one more formal recital on a stage with costumes in June.
